Liver Cake


1 egg

7oz plain flour

£1 worth of liver (pork liver if possible)


Put your

liver in a blender, add the egg then the flour. Mix well until smooth.

spread out on a baking tray (with sides!). Depending on the size of the trays you use, you may need more than one.

Cook slowly in a low temperature, 130c, for approx. one and a half hours. It is a bit of trial and error depending on the liver you use. The cake should be smooth and easy to cut, not crumbly.

Cut into very small pieces, your dog doesn't need much, just a taste even!
